Where: Kitchen
Why: Detention :-(


Regulus sighed as he made his way downstairs to the kitchen. He couldn't believe that he had gotten detention in the first place, let alone that it would require him back in the kitchen, and listening to <i>house elves</i>. He scratched the back of his head, hair still slightly damp from his post-practice shower. He would probably need another one after this.

He tickled the pear and followed the path into the kitchen where the house elves were busy preparing dinner for the masses. At least they seemed as uncomfortable with his presence as he was being there.

She turned back to her sauce as a house elf came over and took the sauce away to put into what ever it was going to be. They directed her to help Regulus. "Really?"

She started to peel. "You think I run wild?" Emma shook her head. "Somehow I doubt you could catch me off guard."

"No, probably not, but I'll keep trying," Regulus said as he finished peeling yet another potato, "Merlin, how many of these are we going to have to peel? Surely we don't need this many?"

She laughed softly. "There are a lot of hungry students up there." Emma smiled warmly at him as she continued to peel.
